OK, so I saw this on-line and fell in love
and loved it sick. $149.00 from portmans, I want it, dont need it but want it. It goes against all I have been striving for of late but I love it. Should I??????
I did buy this tho, not like me at all bit I tried it on and fell in love, perfect for the upcoming summer and for $18.00 I was hooked.
I tried on these two jackets today from Marcs - I dont know why I did it, I was in my lunch break and had coveted the first jacket before and thought why not just try it on - it was amazing and then I spotted the white one which in real life is actually more cream - it is divine. I would never had thought I would like such jackets but they are the bomb. I want them but wont buy....both - especially not in Shocktober.
This is my jelly slice - looked amazing, the jelly was the boob wobble and the rasberry on top gave it a more boob like appearance. Of course it tasted amazing - so I was told.
These are teddy bear biscuits with boobs as supplied by a funncy yet crazy colleague.
Today we are having what work calls 'booby day' where we have a morning tea for Breast Cancer awareness - to get in the spirit cause god knows I love these work events, I have busted out my new sportsgirl skirt and fuschia secretary bow shirt. At least I will look like I am part of the spirit of things.
So for those of you who know me you will also know that I have changed; I read this book in 2 days (well really 4 hours all up). I am not known for my reading but as it was about an Aussie girl moving to Harlem I thought it was more of a rule to read it than a choice. It did also mean that I broke my 'not buy anything ' in October self imposed rule BUT as it was only $5.00 I could not resist. I really need to calm down.
I was lucky enough to be invited to a sweet girls house for a pink afternoon tea party to support research in breast cancer. The gorgous host has a beautiful apartment referred to as the 'dolls house' and this girl knows how to put on a spread. It was a delightful afternoon and over $500 was raised by donations and raffles - happy to support such a cause that included pink champagne and tarts. xx

So this is hopefully the photo that will get me a Visa to stay in the US. I won the greencard Visa lottery by being selected (with 100,000 people) to be able to submit a Visa application. This is only the first step in many steps but I have never got this far before. If my application is selected an interview will be made for me at the Melbourne US embassy and then the process really begins. No guarantees at this stage but happy to be trying..... you know how bad I want this.
My gentleman friend and I made these on Saturday night - we cooked them together which was so much fun, he is a better cook than me no doubt. They ended up to be so delicious, even if we were eating them at 9pm!
Today I am working my corporate style jacket with a frill at the waist. Never worn it before so good to get it out. I am day 5 into not buying anything new in October - so far I have been shopping in my own wardrobe and worn somthing different everyday this week. As my work is surrounded by clothing stores I am totally tempted all the time but so far I am resisting.
I am addicted to this soup - it is a chicken noodle broth with rice noodles - I have had it twice this week. Totally light and fills me up for the whole day.
