Bringing it

My physical challenge this week is to go to the gym before work for 5 straight mornings - so far so good. Last week was a week for over indulging so reversing that this week.
My running firend at work advised me today that for the first time last night she ran the lake twice without stopping - now I have to do it as well as she is younger than me and I can't let her win. Lets hope she doesn't make it 3 times around any time soon.
