My physical challenge this week is to go to the gym before work for 5 straight mornings - so far so good. Last week was a week for over indulging so reversing that this week.My running firend at work advised me today that for the first time last night she ran the lake twice without stopping - now I have to do it as well as she is younger than me and I can't let her win. Lets hope she doesn't make it 3 times around any time soon.
